Discussion about potential changes to Bylaws. No changes made to proposed Bylaws.
Dan Brickley moved to accept Friends of Zilker Bylaws. Brian Bowers seconded. Voted unanimously to accept Friends of Zilker Bylaws.
Neighborhood Council Officer nominations were proposed:
Chairman – Dan Brickley
Vice Chairman – Brian Bowers
Treasurer – Traci Campbell
Secretary – Mary Sledd
Board Member – Craig Parker
Board Member – Jennie Moreland
Mary Sledd moved to accept officer nominations. Traci Campbell seconded. Voted unanimously to accept Neighborhood Council Officer nominations.
Next meeting date was set for June 10, 2015 at 7pm. Location TBD.
